Tematyka badawcza
Zespół zajmuje się konstruowaniem źródeł do generacji ultraszybkich impulsów laserowych oraz badaniem oddziaływaniem takich impulsów z materią skondensowaną. W ostatnich latach skupiamy się, w szczególności na budowie źródeł w pełni światłowodowych, a także laserów o dużej mocy szczytowej(terawatowych). Autorskie źródła światła są częściowo wykorzystywane w drugiej realizowanej przez nas tematyce badawczej– ultraszybkiej spektroskopii laserowej. Oddziaływania międzycząsteczkowe oraz reakcje chemiczne w roztworach badamy przy użyciu technik takich jak femtosekundowe wymuszone rozpraszanie Ramana (FSRS), absorpcja przejściowa w zakresie widzialnym (TA) i w podczerwieni (fs-IR) oraz upkonwersja fluorescencji (FLUP).
