Laboratorium Skaningowej Mikroskopii Elektronowej

Laboratorium Skaningowej Mikroskopii Elektronowej (LSME) zostało powołane zarządzeniem Dyrektora Instytutu Chemii Fizycznej PAN w dniu 29 czerwca 2016 r. W ramach aparatury zainstalowanej w Laboratorium (mikroskop FEI Nova NanoSEM 450) możliwe jest obrazowanie powierzchni materiałów metodą skaningowej mikroskopii elektronowej (SEM) z rozdzielczością do kilku nanometrów. Mikroskop wyposażony jest także w detektory EDS oraz WDS umożliwiające podstawową analizę składu chemicznego obserwowanych materiałów.
