Offer no. 11/17

A new bisbithiophene oligonucleotide analog with CGCCGCCG sequence and its method of preparation, an electrochemical sensor with this analog, measurements with this sensor as well as its application

  • Summary:

The invention relates to an artificial DNA analog, CGCCGCCG (C–cytosine, G–guanine) and preparation methods of this analog in molecularly imprinted polymer, obtained by potentiodynamically electropolymerization, on the conductive surface.  Invention relates also to application of chemosensor with its recognition film as well as application of this analog for selective detection and determination of the GCGGCGGC oligonucleotide.
