Method for deposition of analyte from solution onto the substrate for surface enhanced spectroscopy in the electric field

• Summary:

  The invention is a method of deposition of analyte from the solution onto the substrate for SES (surface enhanced spectroscopy), including process of deposition in electric field. The method consists of: putting substrate in the system; applying the solution of analyte; deposition of analyte in electric field for certain time. Presented method improve homogeneity of the results and sensitivity of measurement.
