Description

The Department of Large European Projects and industry collaboration designs, writes and rolls out projects funded under the European framework programmes. We are also responsible for maintaining relations with the officers in Brussels, adjusting IChF policies and acts of local law to fit European strategic documents and coordinating activities reinforcing researchers-friendly ecosystem.

We are looking  a self-driven and pro-act colleague to support us in:

  • developing new research, coordination/support and educational projects
  • writing grant applications (teamwork)
  • managing co-funded projects, including financial management and outreach activities
  • designing actions aimed at improving working conditions for researchers to develop their full potential and avoid any forms of discrimination
  • streamlining communication between the researchers and businesses (“IChF for the companies” initiative).

Requirements

Requirements

  • higher education (economics, finance, law, technical faculties or others)
  • fluent English (B2 level at least)
  • at least four years of professional experience, including at least two years in European advisory, grant applications writing, project management, eligibility studies/business plan elaboration, designing public aid schemes or similar
  • interest in EU policies/affairs, project management
  • perfect work organisation,
  • excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • analytical skills allowing to examine complex documents, including legal acts
  • good writing skills
  • good command of MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • knowledge of regulations on state aid, EU funds and/or framework programmes of the European Union as an advantage.
