Description:

The twin-channel ESPRIT SPR from Eco Chemie (Utrecht, Holland) is equipped with an open electrochemical vessel and an autosampler. This instrument can be used to study the kinetics and thermodynamics of interactions between the analyte in solution and the test layer. Used with an additional potentiostat/galvanostat, this instrument allows for simultaneous measurements of current and change of SPR signal during typical electrochemical measurements.
