Description:: Analytical High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) using a gradient chromatography set consisting of two 6000 pumps from Waters, Millipore Corp. (Milford MA, USA), a driver for controlling the gradient of the mobile phase composition made in IPC PAS (Warsaw) and an SPD10A UV vis UV-vis detector from Shimadzu Corp. (Kyoto, Japan), or an electrochemical detector made in IPC PAS. This assembly is used to determine the purity of substances used in the preparation of molecular layers and to purify test substances by means of semi- preparative HPLC.
