Description:

An instrument for the elemental analysis of materials with an atomic number Z> 10. Sensitivity to several/several dozen ppm- for accurate measurements requires calibration. For analysis of Na, Mg, it is recommended to measure in a helium atmosphere. It is possible to analyze powders, solid bodies and non-corrosive liquids. The percentage composition normalized to the group of elements with Z> 10 is obtained.

  • Opis:

    The EDXRF MiniPal4 Spectrometer is dedicated to the accurate and rapid analysis of the chemical composition of all types of materials. Due to its high reliability it is commonly used in industry.
    Typical applications: Cement, glass, steel, metal alloys, ashes, slags, fuels, oils, mineral raw materials, soils, plastics, environmental samples, medicines, cosmetics, criminology, others.
    The spectrometer has: 5 measuring filters, (Kapton, Al-thin, Al.-thick, Mo, Ag) 12- position test changer, spinner. An inertia analysis program for metal alloys is provided with the spectrometer. The apparatus enables three types of analysis: quantitative analysis based on calibration of samples, quality analysis and identification of elements in the range Na-U, cluster analysis of metal alloys. Type of analyzed samples - Solids (melted, pressed), powdered, liquid (non-corrosive).
