General information

The workshop is organized as a part of the Horizon 2020 RISE project "Effects of confinement on inhomogeneous systems" (CONIN).

The main results of the CONIN project concern self-assembly in systems with competing interactions and systems with dominant electrostatic interactions, with particular focus on the effects of various types of confinement. The aim of the workshop is to summarize achievements of the CONIN project, as well as to focus on recent progress in studies of systems with complex interactions, clustering or swarming, especially in confinement. Review lectures by invited outstanding scientists and presentations by researchers participating in the project are planned. In addition, there will be two poster sessions.
